Our in-person clinical services
Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC)
Verve's experience is in operating a fully managed service such as Kings College Hospital Trust, or supporting an existing service such as Guys and St Thomas.
Community and face-to face services
Verve can provide community outpatient services such as dermatology and ENT and hospital avoidance services. This can be operated from premises to a home visiting service.
Statutory and Regulatory Medicals
Verve supports employers with regulated workforces to stay compliant, either by outsourcing the service or complementing their existing occupational health function.
Health Assessments
Verve provides clinically led health assessments designed to give employees a clear picture of their current health and practical steps to improve their wellbeing.
Occupational Health
Verve offers occupational health services to support employers in managing workplace health risks, staff absence and return to work.
Clinical governance and assurance
Overall responsibility for governance and assurance rests with the Verve Healthcare board, supported by our medical director and his governance team. Verve holds individual CQC registration.
Clinicians go through ongoing appraisal and revalidation, which currently runs at 100% across the group. Safeguarding training is completed by 98.5% of clinical staff, and incidents are reported and reviewed through the same governance framework used across every SELDOC and Verve service, with routine clinical audit and shared learning rather than a one-off check when something goes wrong.
