Clinical workforce and capacity
Healthcare services cannot run effectively without enough clinicians in place. For private and commercial healthcare providers, that can also mean missed opportunities to generate revenue through additional capacity.
Verve's clinical workforce and capacity support ranges from covering a single regular shift to running a whole service as a managed team for NHS, private healthcare and corporate organisations.

How can Verve help?
Verve provides flexible clinical capacity to support short-term pressures, pilot programmes and long-term service delivery. There is no lengthy commitment when temporary support is all that is required, and our solutions can adapt as service requirements change.
Clinicians can be placed directly into an existing service, from regular shifts to fully managed contracts. Verve can provide additional clinical capacity, dedicated clinical teams or deliver a defined service, with the same high clinical and governance standards throughout.
We deliver clinical services remotely by phone or video, in person at a client’s site or Verve location, or by placing clinicians and teams directly into an organisation’s existing service. Drawing on 30 years of NHS experience, Verve supplies the clinical capability needed to respond to changing demand and maintain access and waiting times.
